The CD ends with an arrangement of a timeless classic from Ecuador, that was already recorded by Maria in her previous CD, “Al Cantar Tus Flores”, with a combo band. This times, it appears with a full big-band charts, showing how pasillo and jazz can perfectly blend. We had the opportunity to play it on stage with the “Ecuadorian Jazz Orchestra”, directed by the great Marvin “Doc” Holladay.
